NOTICE TO DELAWARE CORPORATIONS

DELAWARE ANNUAL REPORT AND FRANCHISE TAX DEADLINE
MARCH 4, 2011
The technical issues the Division of Corporations has been experiencing have been resolved. The Franchise Tax due date will expire at 11:45 p.m. (EST) on Friday, March 4, 2011.
Corporations filing their 2010 Annual Franchise Tax Report after this date will be assessed a penalty.
