The State of Delaware Franchise Tax for all active LLC entities is due by June 1, 2007. If you have not received your tax invoice, please contact your agent! Or, you can pay the tax online here:

State of Delaware extends corporate filing deadline!

All corporate entities must file their annual report and pay their taxes online at

The deadline to file is now MARCH 5, 2007

NEW! Name Reservation Certificate

A new service is now available to clients who wish to reserve a corporate name for future filing with the State of Delaware. You may now purchase a certificate to confirm that the corporate name has been reserved. The fee for a Reservation Certificate is $55.00. The certificate includes a statement that the name has been reserved and the expiration date of the reservation. The certificate can be requested as long as the reservation is active. Once a document filing has been completed using the reservation number, the certificate is no longer available.

Remember, only corporate entity names can be reserved at no charge. If you wish to reserve an LLC name, or another alternate entity name, the fee is $75.00 for the reservation.
